Guest Services Representative

This is the perfect job for those needing/wanting to get out of the house for several hours of the day or week.

MUST BE OUTGOING AND ENJOY TALKING TO PEOPLE! This position is not the right fit if you do not enjoy working with people. This is a very interactive position (not just ringing up guests).

We are looking for energetic, creative and fun-loving personnel to complement our existing staff. On top of great hours, our bakery is fun, warm and inviting for guest and staff. We are open Monday-Saturday (9am - 6:30pm) and (10 - 3) on Sundays and closed all major Holidays. We are looking to hire part-time Guest Service Representatives to work in our Destin bakery. As a celebratory business, the ability to work prior to holidays is a MUST!

Position Summary: To serve Nothing Bundt Cakes guests both in person and over the phone with creative solutions in a warm and welcoming environment. Our Guest Service Representatives create a bond with our guest and guide them to the perfect solutions for their gift giving needs. Guest Service Representatives play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service. Guest Service Representatives will also perform side work in prepping our unique cake decorations, cleaning and light clerical duties. Outside events on weekends/nights may be required on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

· Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

· Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately

· Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquires and concerns

· Assist guest with selection of cakes and add/on selections

· Operate phone system to answer in-coming calls and take phone orders

· Maintain knowledge of NbC services and provide recommendation to guest

· Resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 28 per week
