Medical Device Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic regional Medical Device Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical device market and a proven ability to lead a high-performing regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and product compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
- Stay informed of industry regulations, product innovations, and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Attend medical conferences and events to network with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance standards, and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support the sales team.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
