Office Assistant
Overview:We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills and gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.- Utilize computer literacy skills to efficiently manage administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document organization.- Offer customer support through timely and professional communication, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.- Assist with administrative duties, including preparing documents, managing supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness.- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.- Support dental receptionist tasks, including handling patient records and managing the front desk.- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.- Organize and maintain office files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain office efficiency.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.- Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.- Excellent customer support skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar capacity.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.- Fluency in Spanish is an asset but not required.- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is an added advantage.
