Order Entry Specialist

• Manage the order to remission process by promptly entering and tracking orders
• Manage the order revision process
• Process debits/credits/monthly service charges
• Develop excellent working relationships with other areas within and external to Modernfold, Inc.
• Develop effective communication relationships within cross-functional areas of the company to ensure timely delivery of required information
• Develop proactive work style to provide required information regarding the status of order to all areas of the business
• Works with other functional areas in resolving problems, prioritizing work assignments, and other issues that arise with internal and external customers
• Must perform all duties with a high level of accuracy
• Must be able to use effective problem-solving techniques
• Demonstrate safe working behaviors and conforms to all applicable Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

BS degree in Business Administration or related field and 5 years progressive experience at Modernfold are strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of BS degree. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with distributor partners and with others at all levels within the organization in a professional manner. Modernfold Inc.
