Remote Sales Representative

Now hiring one talented sales representative for the opportunity of a lifetime!

The Role:

Work from home contacting small business owners from our list of leads to sell our products and services.

In our niche industry, (medical transportation), we have some of the highest answer and close rates that youll ever see. Therefore, you will be responsible for contacting a minimum of 150 businesses per WEEK (3 days of cold-calling per week) rather than per DAY in most other positions.

You will be responsible for meticulously managing leads, following up on pipelines and closing sales throughout each week.

You will take detailed notes for each contacted lead (instructions will be provided once hired) and provide daily summaries to your supervisor.

By staying organized and tracking your progress, our skilled salespeople achieve a minimum of three sales per week by the 2-week mark, and with dedication, you will too.

The available opportunity lends itself to a 6-figure income with part-time hours, but is only possible for individuals that have both the will and the skill to be "the best of the best" - of which you will be consistently held accountable for based on the metrics-based standards we set.

Requirements

While cold-calling or D2D sales experience is not mandatory, it is a huge plus.

*Beyond the basic requirements below - the number one metric youll initially be qualified on is in your ability to sell yourself; this means your personality is competent, outstanding, inviting, magnetic, and honest.

• Willingness to learn: Our company has been successful through 5 years of consistent trial and error - so your "trainability" and willingness to work with others is paramount to your ability to succeed.
• Self-motivation: While working from home offers benefits, you absolutely must be motivated to work consistently without distraction;
• Technology: You need a working computer or laptop, internet, and a working phone from which you can make calls on;
• Computer literate: You must be able to use spreadsheets and email without assistance. Spreadsheet requirements do not include anything technical, you just literally need to be able know how to type into a spreadsheet.
• Availability: As an independent contractor, you must maintain a flexible schedule for availability in regards to coordinating with customer schedules.. If a client wants to sign up with you tonight at 6pm, you must be willing to get that sale. In addition, you must be available to answer calls from management.
