Location: UCHealth UCHlth Johnstown Med Ctr, US:CO:Johnstown Department: Johnstown Urgent Care FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Flex Pay: $22.80 - $29.64 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicants relevant experience Summary: Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function. Responsibilities:

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
Relevant licensure/certification and relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
