Systems Lead / Systems Architect

Basic Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

What Youll Experience:

  • Leading the design and architecture of complex systems for the an accelerated acquisition program
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Utilizing the latest technologies to create innovative solutions
  • Overseeing system requirements, testing, and documentation processes
  • Ensuring all systems comply with relevant standards and regulations

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Extensive experience in system design and architecture
  • Strong background in engineering, particularly in complex systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills for reporting and documentation

  • Experience with military or defense systems, particularly undersea projects
  • Advanced degree in engineering or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in systems engineering

Target salary range: USD $156,160.00/Yr. - USD $173,240.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
