What Were Looking For:

• Real Estate License and MLS-accessible Transaction Coordinators
• Comfortable with contract-to-close, listing management, and buyer management
• Ability to independently secure agents to build your dedicated TC base
• Tech Savy

What Youll Do:✅ Manage transactions from contract to close✅ Draft listing and buyer paperwork✅ Input listings into the MLS✅ Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients✅ Ensure all deadlines and paperwork are accurate and compliant✅ Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
