We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as People and Development Specialist located in North America.

You will support the BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience for all CT talent, with a key responsibility being the support of CT career development. This includes working closely with the regional CD team, People & Development, L&D and talent management teams that support all aspects of X CT talent. You will help manage & execute logistics for all aspect of CDC including, onboarding of talent (new joiners) to CDC, administration of CDC meetings, Workday changes specific to CDC set up for employee and reporting checks and preparation for CDC meetings including flags, ensuring accuracy and all case reviews are submitted, follow up and ongoing monitoring of CDC outcomes etc. Additionally, you will ensure that all relevant data (e.g., Workday, case information, staffing details, case reviews) is up-to-date and accurate.

You will create and/or updates regular reports as required to ensure accuracy and timelines of delivery. You will support the regional Point of Contact (POC) for functional pillars such as L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting, also contribute to people-related projects as needed.

In this role, you are expected to work closely with the Regional P&D team to support a wide range of people-focused initiatives, driving culture, engagement, and people development.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a people function
  • A bachelors degree is strongly preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Some experience in HR systems such as Workday beneficial

As a People & Development Specialist, youll work with NAMR P&D team directors and senior directors on the regional people agenda, support a defined group of X CT across North America as their main point of contact for career development, and partner with Career Development Advisors (CDAs) on onboarding, Advisee support, and ongoing guidance. Youll also collaborate with the Talent Management (Staffing), Finance, and Recruiting teams to ensure smooth operations for BCG X.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.• The base salary range for this role in New York is $81000.00 - $94500.00

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
