Are you friendly, organized, and looking for a rewarding Part-time position? Chiropractic of Florissant Valley is looking for a Chiropractic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice!

Position: Chiropractic Receptionist

Location: Florissant, MO

Schedule: Part-Time Monday-Thursday, No Weekends

Office Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM  
  • Friday: 9 AM - 12:30 PM  

Pay: $18-$20 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinics calendar efficiently.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and process billing information accurately.
  • Collect and record payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances.
  • Maintain organized patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality guidelines (HIPAA).
  • Assist the chiropractor and office team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Educate patients on clinic services and provide general information about chiropractic care.

Requirements:

  •  High School Diploma Required.
  • Reliable Transportation (Punctuality is essential).
  • Prior experience in a front desk or customer service setting is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
