Position Overview: Soliant Health is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a travel contract in Albany, GA. This is a high-acuity assignment covering multiple ICU specialties, including Medical, Surgical, and Cardiac ICU. Candidates must be confident with critical patients, advanced therapies, and floating within ICU units.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (6:45p6:45a), every other weekend

• Unit: 38-bed ICU; float between ICU divisions as needed

• Orientation: 2 shifts (3 if heart trained)

• Ratios: Typically 2:1, occasional 3:1

• Common cases: Critical patients in surgical, medical, and cardiac ICU

• Procedures: Vents, CPAP, BiPAP, high-flow, critical drips, CRRT, balloon pumps, FlowTrac, ECMO exposure

• Support: 24/7 Intensivists, Critical Care NPs, RT, and Pharmacy

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or Compact RN license

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (or ASLS) Required

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting

• Must be comfortable with critical care patients and advanced therapies

Additional Notes:

• Must work one major and one minor holiday if on assignment during season

• Dress Code: Caribbean Blue scrubs, natural hair color, no fake nails or facial piercings, tattoos must be covered
