KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TikTok Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a TikTok pilot aligned with our brand voice and business goals.
- Identify trends, sounds, and content formats that resonate with our audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and creators to produce engaging, on-brand content.
Video Content Strategy
- Recommend formats, storytelling approaches, and best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
- Audit existing video assets to identify reuse, repurposing, and optimization opportunities.
Thought Leadership & Executive Visibility
- Support key executives and internal influencers in growing their personal social presence.
- Create content calendars and post strategies tailored to individual voices and themes.
- Recommend how to turn long-form insights into high-performing short-form video content.
Partnership & Campaign Activation
- Identify social-first moments within brand partnerships and thought leadership campaigns.
- Provide creative ideas and frameworks for activation across social channels.
- Collaborate with brand, PR, and event teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals and messaging.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience developing TikTok and short-form video strategies for B2B or B2C brands.
- Strong understanding of social algorithms, creator culture, and emerging trends.
- Confident storyteller with a track record of growing social presence across platforms.
- Experience working with thought leaders or executives to build personal brands.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree desired, preferably with a background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
