POSITION SUMMARY:

Were seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to source, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities in the retail and industrial sectors. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional to work directly with founding partners while maintaining a work-life balance. The target is 6-8 acquisitions per year.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate retail and industrial investment opportunities in the $2-10M range, focusing on Class B/C/D properties. No sourcing deals are necessary.
  • Lead deal analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and other market participants
  • Present investment opportunities directly to partners
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and manage the closing process
  • Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of commercial real estate acquisitions experience
  • Proven track record in sourcing and closing value-add commercial properties
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant real estate and analysis software
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience in retail and/or industrial sectors preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
