We are looking for team members to join our Crave Crew in our new location in Willowbrook, IL opening mid May.

As a Cookie Expert you;

• Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to Crave standards.
• Follow cleaning schedules in all areas of the store including storage areas.
• Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Crave.
• Work independently and with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders and create amazing products
• Prepare and decorate cookies with glazes, icings, and buttercream frosting
• Follow company policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned.

What We Need from You

• Passion for people and providing every customer with an exceptional experience
• Work with other bakery staff to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Team player with a passion for quality and people
• Committment to the team to show up for all scheduled shifts and make sure your shifts are covered if you cannot make it
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment surrounded by active employees and crowds of customers.
• Ability to work between the hours of 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking and standing, frequent bending, kneeling and reaching.
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively through speech and writing.
• Consistently lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with ovens, cooling racks, pastry bags and any additional professional kitchen equipment
