Product Marketing Director

We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for solutions in our Korn Ferry Talent Suite—a portfolio of SaaS products that help organizations recruit, retain, develop, and reward top talent. This role is central to how we tell our product story, enable our sales team, and drive growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for those who have marketed to HR, Talent, or C-Suite audiences. This is a high-impact role that requires strong storytelling, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex solutions into clear customer value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Craft differentiated, buyer-centric messaging for our suite of talent solutions, tailored by persona, industry, and region.
  • Own and drive product launch strategies—partnering with product management, sales, demand gen, and field marketing to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Equip global sales teams with compelling content, tools, and training that resonate with decision-makers and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Lead the creation of high-impact assets such as pitch decks, solution briefs, customer-facing collateral, and competitive battlecards.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform messaging and GTM strategy.
  • Serve as a key partner to Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other Marketing teams to align around shared goals.
  • Partner with the customer marketing team to identify and package proof points that showcase business outcomes and solution impact.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a strong preference for HR tech or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and marketing complex software solutions to senior buyers (e.g., CHRO, CIO, COO).
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—able to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Deep experience creating sales content and driving enablement programs.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills—able to build trust across functions and regions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
