Occupational Therapist School Setting in Woodland, WA

A skilled Occupational Therapist is sought to support students within a K-12 school setting in Woodland, WA. This contract position spans the entire school year (NSY), providing targeted therapeutic services to enhance students functional abilities in educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions consistent with students IEP goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning plans.
• Document therapy sessions and progress reports accurately and timely.
• Provide consultative support for classroom accommodations and adaptive strategies.
• Participate in meetings and contribute professional expertise to promote student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington.
• Experience working with a diverse K-12 student population in school-based settings.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices and educational regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and adhere to confidentiality standards.
