Pediatric Speech Pathology - Opelika, AL
A school-based speech-language position is available for a skilled professional focusing primarily on articulation for students in pre-K through 5th grade. This contract role is located near Valley, AL, approximately 30 minutes from Auburn, AL, within an elementary school setting. The assignment spans the school year, beginning August 11, 2025, and ending May 15, 2026, with a weekly schedule of 32 hours over 4 to 5 days.

- Deliver direct speech-language services with an emphasis on articulation to students aged pre-K through grade 5

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certifications preferred: ALSDE certification for SLP or appropriate clinical certification with a cleared ALSDE background check
- Credentials accepted: SLP with CCC, SLP-CFY, and consideration for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
- Demonstrated knowledge and confidence in school-based speech-language pathology practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families
