Soliant is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in special education classrooms for the upcoming school year. These are full-time, on-site positions within a supportive school community.

Position Details:

• Full-time, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM.

• Contract Dates: August 20, 2025 May 22, 2026.

• One opening in an elementary school.

• One opening in middle/high school buildings.

• Working in special education classrooms alongside certified teachers and school staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct support to students with special needs.

• Assisting with classroom instruction, behavior management, and individual accommodations.

• Supporting teachers with daily activities, student engagement, and learning goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children or students with special needs preferred.

• Ability to collaborate with staff, follow instructions, and maintain a positive, student-centered mindset.
