Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist holding a CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in elementary settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Proficient in collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement appropriate IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and outcomes
  • Provide support and training to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust therapy as necessary
