Sr Bid Manager (contract w/ conversion potential)
The Opportunity
Join Korn Ferry as a remote Senior Bid Manager (a 6-month contract with the potential for full-time hire) on our Global Sales Enablement team. In this pivotal role, youll help win new business and support the expansion and retention of current clients in Korn Ferrys RPO business. You will be responsible for managing, developing, documenting, and overseeing the entire proposal and sales collateral process—from initial concept through presentations and final signature.
As a consultative partner to the Business Development team, youll project manage various complex bids and responses, ensuring adherence to client timelines and building realistic workplans across multiple streams. Your work will require collaboration with specialists and leadership in departments such as Commercial, Legal, and Marketing, giving you a comprehensive understanding of our business. Working alongside a skilled team, youll also contribute to knowledge management and information maintenance for all sales and bid-related materials, while enhancing your skills in creative bid writing, document preparation, and bid management.
You will gain significant exposure by working closely with leaders and managers across all business lines, both in North America and globally, managing multiple stakeholders and handling complex business relationships to deliver compelling, high-quality proposals.
Key Accountabilities

- Managing the full bid process for complex and standardized requests, delivering concurrent bids from receipt to submission and supplier presentations through to verbal award.
- Collaborating with global Sales teams and stakeholders to extract relevant, persuasive content for each opportunity.
- Strategically partnering with and influencing senior leaders to develop a winning value proposition for every tender.
- Analyzing information to conduct client needs analyses and, with the Pursuit Lead, identifying key win themes.
- Leading the creation, preparation, and collation of RFP and pitch documentation.
- Crafting compelling narratives that guide clients through their journey with Korn Ferry.
- Achieving a comprehensive understanding of Korn Ferrys full portfolio and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collaborating with the Content Lead to enhance the bid content library with fresh, innovative material.
- Working with Client Services to co-create impactful new case studies.
